Operator bios
Player-authored accounts of where an operator came from, what they want, and which parts of the official record they dispute.

Every table adds the judgment the machine cannot supply: who your operator says they are, why a crew crossed a line, and what the district chooses to remember.
What belongs here
Player-authored accounts of where an operator came from, what they want, and which parts of the official record they dispute.
The deal, the fracture, the impossible exit, and the consequence that crossed into another table.
Places, rumors, memorials, and names that change how later players understand a shared street.

The public archive opens when playtest tables create work worth keeping. Until then, zero is the honest count.
The boundary
A biography is your optional why. It can be honest, selective, or a complete lie. It can help another player understand you. It cannot erase a Writ, reduce a bounty, or restore the person you failed to extract.
Mercy, grudge, recruitment, collection, or silence stays with the players. The kernel remains cold so the people around it can be warm.
